Create of change a staff code

POS Staff details

This function allows the user to add search or delete point of sale staff codes.
Any changes made here will be replicated to the point of sale program.

To add a new staff member 

Enter the code and tab to name and press o.k.

To search for existing staff members


1. Click on the search button and a list of staff codes and related names are shown
2. This will be displayed in alphabetical order

To delete a staff member


1. Search for the staff member and double click to bring on screen
2. Select the delete button 
3. The system will ask a question “This will remove the staff member are you sure?”
4. Select YES to remove.
NB Deleting a staff code will affect the history of this staff member.
