This report shows what has been transferred to the stores. Every time a stock item is transferred from head office to a store location it will appear on this report until it is cleared.
Send this report with the goods so the receiving store can check the items and quantities.
To view this report
1. Select transfer batch report and double left click on the transfer location
2. The report is displayed on the screen. Press the print icon to print
3. Select CLOSE to go back to the main menu
4. The software will ask “OK TO CLEAR TRANSFER BATCH”?
5. If you select 
 YES the style transfer information will be deleted from the batch. 
 NO the style transfer information will remain in the batch
