go to Markdowns window

Select:

- screen preview

- report

- permanent markdown

- enter the earliest date of the markdowns you wish to apply

- click on the 'okay' button and a report of the markdowns will appear, save it or email it or close it;

- click on the 'apply markdowns' button and markdowns will be applied.
