Clocking On & Off

When starting a shift SoleMate "clocks on" for you automatically, or when coming back from a break it is essential for each staff member to "clock on”.

If this procedure is not followed, SoleMate will not allow you to process sales.

When taking a break or finishing a shift, each staff member has to clock off to finish your shift.

This allows SoleMate to keep track of who is using the system at all times.

Clocking On and Off

1. When starting a shift SoleMate clocks on for you automatically.
2. When taking a break or finishing a shift, each staff member has to clock off.
3. This allows SoleMate to keep track of who is using the system at all times.

Clocking On
1. Enter your Staff code and press ENTER.
2. SoleMate confirms that you are Clocking On.
3. Press ENTER to return to the Staff code.

Clocking Off
1. Enter your Staff code and press Clock on / off.
2. SoleMate confirms that you are Clocking Off.
3. Press ENTER to return to the Main Menu.

The last staff member logged in for the day will be clocked off automatically when they cash up.
